Our ES Division offers our clients a wide variety of value added services that range from spare parts. Maintenance, troubleshooting, plant upgrades, we are focused on helping plant personnel get the most out of their water treatment system.
Our O & M Team can help keep your facility running with peak efficiency through factory-trained personnel visits on a monthly or quarterly basis. These visits can identify potential problems which can be addressed before they cause major outages. Our trained personnel will meet with your operators to insure they fully understand the system and what it takes to keep it running trouble-free. We also offer specialized training programs for operations personnel.

Real Time Location Systems (RTLS) is a young technology and new applications are introduced every day, we offer turnkey solutions for people and asset tracking. With our Positioning Engine software, we offer the only-software based tracking system in the market. No readers or other hardware is required. Our system works on the wireless local network (WLAN) already existing in most companies and organizations. The system can track Laptops and PDAs. In this case the laptop or PDA acts the same as a tag. The end user can monitor the tracked items by one of our end user software. Our system allows the users to design their own end user software which can be easily linked to the EPE. This allows the integration of the RTLS system in any existing software. RTLS is a versatile technology that can be useful in many fields.

our system is a paperless proof-of-delivery (POD) system that leverages smartphone and tablet technology with low-cost cloud computing to create a powerful, high-return POD solution without the high initial investment of traditional systems. 
Our technology is ideal for private delivery fleet operators that want to reduce the costs associated with delivering your own products.  Our system improves customer service by providing real-time online access into the status of their deliveries taking place that day. 

The system eliminates the labor and forms costs associated with paper-based systems and improves the productivity of delivery fleets by providing you with real-time visibility into your driver’s day. It is fully scalable to business conditions and the low initial investment offers a faster ROI, usually within 30 days. 

 

  • Field Service Management System
  • Our system is a ready-to-run app that integrates with your existing ERP to extend field service processes and deliver optimized workflows across all channels. Whether in a remote location or on a customer site, technicians are equipped with the right info and tools to resolve customer issues in a single visit.
    It's native mobile apps are the most powerful – yet easy to use – in the industry. Designed to take advantage of the unique capabilities of the iOS and Android operating systems, our mobile apps are also tuned to the unique processing and display capabilities of smartphones and tablets (we don’t believe in one size fits all!). Perhaps most importantly, you can use our mobile app even when there's no wireless signal. Data is stored on the device until you have wireless access again, at which point, the field technician can easily sync back up with the cloud and the home office.
    Our system enables technicians to:

    • View any current, future or completed jobs with just a touch of the screen.
    • Review any customer related information they’ll need for the work to be performed – location (street address or latitude/longitude coordinates), contact(s), customer equipment/asset and the service history of that equipment/asset.
    • Get turn-by-turn directions to the customer location.
    • Check off the tasks and parts used in the work – and add any additional parts and/or services required to complete the job.
    • Take photos (for example: before and after images) that provide proof of services performed.
    • View or attach any type of document (manual, schematic, etc.) that is associated with the customer or the job.
    • Generate quotes or new work orders for add-on services while at the customer location.
    • Capture electronic signatures for work completed or to accept new quotes or work orders. And there’s even more inside.

  • Mobile Site Attendance System
  • Our project aims in implementing software that will help site managers/ supervisors to take the attendance of labors and workers using mobile/Smart phone. Site managers will login to the phone application and get connected to the server. After login, they will take attendance using mobile phone. After taking the attendance in the mobile, site managers will send it over to the server using GPRS. site managers will be able to edit attendance by login to the website and HR officers will be able to check worker's attendance in different and multiple sites using our time attendance website.

    Imagine being able to see where any of your vehicles are at any point in time. Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), Live Vehicle Tracking, Data Transfer and Messaging at its best.
    FMS provides mapping, reporting and messaging capability designed to help organizations lower administration costs while increasing their productivity.
    Tracking your assets is as simple as pointing and clicking the asset you wish to view.  Our System offers online map viewing that is able to display the exact location of your assets on up-to-date roadmap, which can be zoomed down to street level.  In addition, your assets may also be tracked via more detailed satellite view (similar to Goggle earth).
    Historical data concerning all assets in available on screen, or alternatively can be presented in clear and concise reports for thorough analysis.
    By using the integrated communication facility, alerts and notifications, such as panic alerts, are available through the system and in addition may be sent directly to any number of E-mail addresses and/or via SMS to a cellular phone.

    To use this system, all that is required is a web browser and an internet connection. It is accessible using a secure username and password, with different authorization levels available for multiple users, and is available in several different languages. Updates are automatic, ensuring that our clients know that they are always using the latest version while all data is securely stored and backed up automatically.
